A subscription tracker is an app that lists every recurring charge you pay - streaming, software, AI tools, cloud services - with its price, billing cycle and next renewal date, so nothing renews without you knowing. KeepMyPlans adds spend analytics, CSV reports and email reminders on top. ### What is subscription spend management? Subscription spend management means knowing how much you pay for recurring plans, to whom, and when, then acting on it: cancelling what you don't use and budgeting for what renews. KeepMyPlans shows monthly and yearly totals by vendor and category and exports the full list for bookkeeping. ### What is the best way to track AI tool subscriptions like ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor? Keep them in one list with their renewal dates and get a reminder before each charge. KeepMyPlans's catalog includes OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, GitHub Copilot and more, and any other tool can be added manually. ### Does KeepMyPlans use AI to analyze subscription spend? Not yet. Today KeepMyPlans gives you an interactive dashboard with spend trends, category and vendor breakdowns and renewal reminders. AI-based suggestions (overlapping tools, unused subscriptions, cheaper plans) and AI spend analysis are on the roadmap. ### How is KeepMyPlans different from a spreadsheet? A spreadsheet doesn't remind you. KeepMyPlans emails you before each renewal on the schedule you pick, shows renewals on a calendar, and totals your spend by vendor and category automatically - and you can still export everything to CSV. ### Is my data safe? Data is encrypted in transit, and database-level security rules restrict each record to its own account.
