Can I track AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor?
Yes. The catalog includes popular AI tools, and you can add any other service manually with its price, billing cycle and renewal date.
Can I export a spend report?
Yes. Export all your subscriptions to CSV - name, vendor, category, status, price, currency, billing cycle and renewal date - and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
Is there a plan for teams or organizations?
Team and organization plans are coming in the next version, so you can manage subscription spend team by team. Today each account tracks its own subscriptions.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Track up to 3 subscriptions with the calendar, reminders and spend dashboard - no card, no time limit.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Everything stays visible and editable - you just can't add more than 3 subscriptions on Free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, anytime from your billing page. Yearly saves 20%, and Polar prorates the difference automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes - ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund. You can also cancel anytime to stop future charges. See our Refund Policy for details.
Who handles payments and taxes?
Polar is our Merchant of Record. Prices already include sales tax and VAT - you pay exactly the listed price. Polar processes the payment securely and emails your receipt.
